Ok as I mentioned to some yesterday I'm going to be on the King5 morning show tomorrow morning offering marathon training tips over 3 segments.
Chuckit Running
Chuckit is an on-going program, so you can join at any time. There are about 100 runners and walkers currently in Chuckit. The program consists of weekday schedules geared toward self-training, a weekly group long-run plan, and a weekly group speed/interval workout. All of my workouts can be adjusted to suit your ability and goals.

Congrats to those that ran up in Vancouver, nice going! Ok as we slowly head toward summer and the end of your winter training and racing most have built up a great base arerobically and just over all strength. Now would be a great time to work on your speed so this week I'm going to work on the 5K-10K training plans and clean/ modify them up a bit. For those plannng a Fall marathon a good 6 weeks of speed training will really help you when you get back to your marathon training and if nothng else add some variety to your year.
7 Pacers still needed - Ok as most of you know we handle the pacing (the CHUCKIT Group) for the Rock n Roll Half/Marathon, this year we actually declined the position at first as they had changed the pacing times to much slower than they have been and I felt it was going to be more difficult to recruit for the slower times than faster ones. I think you can see that borne out below with the positions we still have available.





Was good to see people partaking in the 5k workout last week. You'll see the beneifits soon enough. remember to pick out some good 5k/10K races, there are many this time of year.
Well a majority of you have finished with your big spring event, we do however have some with theirs coming up. This being the first of the month it's time for the famous 2 mi TT.
